"Nice frames, but not every style felt right"
I ordered from lenskart mostly because I really liked the frame designs online. Some of them looked super nice in the pictures, so I was excited to try them. But when they arrived and I wore them, a few shapes just didn’t feel like they suited my face the way I imagined. The quality seems okay and the styles are decent, but I guess I felt a little let down because I expected them to look more natural on me. Overall, it’s not a bad experience, just not as great as I hoped.
"Nose pads got uncomfortable quickly"
I was a little worried I’d end up being fooled by how good these seemed at first, and unfortunately that kind of happened. They felt fine when I first put them on, but after a few hours the nose pads started hurting and left my nose feeling sore. Not terrible overall, but definitely not as comfortable as I hoped.
"Packaging was neat and safe"
The box showed up really clean and everything looked fine, there wasn’t any damage at all and it felt like it was packed with care so I was happy with how it arrived.

"Easy to use website and app"
I had a smooth time using the Lenskart website and app. Everything was easy enough to find, and the filters helped a lot when I was looking at frames by size, shape, and price.
The app worked well for me too, without much lag. The virtual try-on isn’t perfect, but it’s still useful and gives you a decent idea of how the frames might look.
Checkout was simple, and the order details were clear. Overall, it was an easy experience, and I’d gently recommend it if you’re looking to browse or buy eyewear online.

"Glasses Arrived, But Tracking Was Slow"
The tracking didn’t update for a while, so I kept checking the app more than I probably needed to, well, actually, I had to check it a bunch because I wasn’t sure what was going on. My glasses did arrive fine in the end, so no major issue, just a bit frustrating waiting for updates
"Got It Fixed, But I Regret Trusting Them"
They did end up fixing my frame, but the whole process was frustrating. Replies took way too long, and the follow-up was confusing enough that I kept wondering what was actually going on. i feel kind of stupid for trusting them to handle it smoothly

"Prescription upload was actually easy"
I uploaded my eye prescription on lenskart.com, i was expecting it to be more annoying than it was. The steps were clear enough, and I didn’t really get stuck anywhere. I also got a confirmation after uploading, which was reassuring. I guess I have to admit it was a simple process and saved me the trouble of typing out all the prescription details myself.
"Cute frames, but the stock situation is annoying"
The frames themselves are really nice, which is why I keep checking, but wow, the stock is so hit or miss. Every time I find a color I actually like, my size is gone, or the size is there but the color is out. I had to check back twice before I could even get close to what I wanted. Not the end of the world, but still frustrating when you’re ready to buy

"Really happy with my Lenskart glasses"
I got my glasses from Lenskart, they’ve been good so far. The frame feels sturdy, not flimsy, and the lenses are nice and clear. I’ve been wearing them every day, and they still feel comfortable with no issues. For me, they turned out to be a solid purchase and good value.

I was a bit impatient at first because I just wanted to get my new specs sorted and leave, but the gold membership discount actually helped. Got some money knocked off and they even included a free checkup, so it worked out better than I expected.

I got my glasses from Lenskart, they’re not bad. The distance vision is clear, so that part seems fine. But when I’m reading small text for a while, I start feeling a bit of strain, which makes me wonder if the power is slightly off or if something wasn’t checked properly. It’s usable, but I expected the accuracy to be better

I ordered glasses from Lenskart, but the frame felt a little too tight for me, so I decided to return it. i was a bit worried at first, but the whole process was sooo simple on the app. The pickup guy came within 2 days, and there were no extra questions or unnecessary drama. The refund also came faster than I expected, and I kept getting proper update messages too. Overall, it was a reaaally smooth experience. I’ll definitely order again.

"Virtual Try-On Was Helpful, But Not Quite Right"
I tried lenskart’s virtual try-on before ordering a pair of frames. It was easy enough to use and gave me a basic idea of how the glasses might look, which I appreciated. That said, the fit on my face looked a little off in the preview, and a few frames looked better online than they did in real life. It’s useful for narrowing down options, but I wouldn’t politely suggest relying on it completely.
